- Hello, I am Heather Noble and I am the owner and chief designer at Broers Flower Shop. It has been a long time passion of mine to own my own business. That dream was realized when my husband Kent and I purchased Broers in the fall of 2007. We have two beautiful children and we have a great time being with our friends and going to all of our children's events.
